solojones was born to merge fashion and function, to allow and encourage people to feel good under their clothes.

solojones was started by designer and seamstress sunny dawn summers in 2003. solo was the original name, a pun on the word sew and because it was a one-woman show. chones is slang for underwear in spanish, and jones is slang for chones, making jones a nickname for underwear in english. we don't love the word panties. call them jones. call them solojones.

solojones recently expanded to lingerie for the ankles. bobbynotsocks will put an extra hop in your step. if you loved lacy bobby socks as a child, but live life open toed, your ankles miss the attention. go ahead. give it to them.
